I wanted to find a conditioner for my thick, coarse Asian hair and heard good things about this brand. I wanted to love it but my hair constantly felt dry and coarse after using this. I just picked up L’Oréal products and they have smoothed out my hair far more than this. Wouldn’t recommend if you have thick dry hair.

Wow.

I have very thick hair and i normally have to use a lot conditioner to get through my hair. This conditioner ,however, is magic. It makes my hair easy to untangle and does not weigh it down. Also the smell is magnificent. I genuinely have no complaints other than the fact that the bottle is a little hard to get the product out of and i wish it was a little bit bigger. But other than that this is the most amazing magical stuff in the world.

Not worth the money

Really poorly designed, the product is so thick and very difficult to get out of the bottle. It really dried my hair out and made it damaged and brittle. Absolutely not worth the money!

Year long use = Damaged Hair

The problem is that the second ingredient listed is fragrance and the rest is different alcohols! After a year long use my hair has begun to break off! I’ve never had more baby hairs in my life!

I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I have used ouai products & have loved them . But this duo was very disappointing for me.The fragrance is too harsh & I would not recommend purchasing this product.
