Dried my hair out and created a tangly mess

I never leave reviews but this needed it considering how viral the product is. I have super straight type 1A/1B super fine hair, but a lot of it. My hair is a natural level 7/6 brownish/ blonde and the only bleach that I do is a blonde halo. I also have an oily scalp. I was excited for a fine hair product because my hair gets so greasy so fast! But this shampoo (and conditioner) immediately dried my hair out so bad, it felt almost crispy. And it stayed that way for a few days even when my hair got greasy. It was the weirdest combination. I had way more tangles and knots than usual. Like the little knots that hurt to brush out. Fine hair girlies know the ones! And I never used to get that many tangles before switching to this. I gave it a few tries, but ultimately ended up returning it. I went back to my tried and true, Gisou, and it took 3-4 washes to restore my hair to the softness and shininess I had before. Maybe get a sample before buying! Also, the scent was extremely overpowering and gave me headaches.

Awful smell and dried out my scalp

I absolutely hate the smell of this shampoo. It has such a weird scent that I can't even describe what it smells like, but it's not pleasant at all. The smell lingers in my hair for days and just doesn't go away, and it gave me such a headache. If you're sensitive to fragrances, please believe the reviews that talk about how bad it smells because they are not exaggerating. On top of that, it made my scalp feel dry after using it. I had high hopes because it's marketed for fine hair, but the overpowering scent and the dryness made it a complete disappointment for me. I definitely won't be buying it again.

Good Shampoo in TERRIBLE packaging

I love this shampoo. The smell is great and makes my hair feel awesome. My one and only complaint is the packaging. I purchased the large refill which came in a flimsy plastic bag. I could get past that except my bag had a slice is the plastic which caused a ton of the shampoo to leak out into the extra thin plastic bag that the shampoo was in. I think the Company should rethink this packaging. The loss of product is a bummer.
