Does make a difference, albeit subtle. Would definitely buy again

I fell for the hype and unfortunately it didn't do much. At most it hydrated my skin but it did not plump and fill in my under eye hollowness.

I tried this product for several months and while I didn’t use it every day I did use it several times per week (like 3-5 times per week) for like 3 months and I never saw even a small difference. The packaging is annoying IDK why they couldn’t give us a small pipette like every other bottle bc this packaging is hard to use. I also grow tired of the Ordinary’s price creep these days and this product doesn’t feel worth the price tag for such a small quantity of a product that has to be used for 3 months to make a difference and that doesn’t deliver after all that time and effort. I think the Ordinary needs to up their game I am tired of everything usable becoming much more expensive and of having to buy so many different bottles to add up to one good formulation and honestly with the arrival of fun and affordable K Beauty formulations that have several actives in one (usually fairly affordable) formulation the Ordinary is not the attractive option it used to be. I would like if they started formulating with multi actives so that one formulation delivers many benefits bc this hyper siloed approach is getting a little tired for me.

I tried this on my marionette lines and it did absolutely nothing. Didn’t even smooth them out at all. It’s very oily and did cause me to break out where I applied it and I don’t normally break out at all. Somehow it also left the area dry when it was gone.

The product is great but it’s difficult to get out of the bottle as the bottle gets emptier. I end up tap tap tap tap tap tapping against my hand and then I get too little or too much. Really hard to control. A small pipette like they use for the multi peptide eye serum would be so much easier to control application. As for the product, 10/10. I use the volufiline under eyes, on lips, on decollate and on the backs of my hands, I’m seeing great results particularly on the thin chest skin.

This is my third try writing a review for this product! The Sephora website keeps crashing or kicking me back to the homepage every time I try to submit it, which is incredibly frustrating. It almost makes you wonder how anyone manages to leave a review unless they received the product for free or are being paid, because the system is so difficult to navigate. As for the product itself: no irritation, no tingling, and not even a hint of plumping. I have used it twice a day for over two weeks with zero visible changes, so I am pretty sure all those 5-star reviews are exaggerated. It makes me wonder what other ordinary products aren't doing anything either. I will definitely come back to revise this if I see any changes!

Don’t expect magic, but it does work. Consistent use over months. Didn’t see a difference until month three. Big difference on the lips that’s noticeable but under eyes is much more minimal.

The packaging is poorly designed. The cap came off, and it looks like the adhesive/glue around the bottle opening has started to dissolve and mix with the product. I’m concerned that the product may be contaminated with the adhesive, so I don’t feel safe using it, especially around my under-eye area.

The title of my review says to all - this doesn’t work, stings like crazy and yet is somehow pure grease on my otherwise dry skin. Do not buy!!

I wish I could give this 10 stars!!! THISSSSSS!!! I’ve noticed such a big change in the volume of my skin since starting to use this. I’m on my second bottle and can tell you that it super helps with Smokers lines and the volume of my thin lips which are not as thin since ironing this. Also it has helped plump under my eyes.
