Awful

This is honestly one of the worst products I've tried in a while. I have no idea if it actually even works, because only the blue product will come out. I followed the instructions to tap it and press on a specific spot - that doesn't work. At all. The products inside are completely different textures and viscosities, so the runny one comes out fast and the clay doesn't come out at all. Packaging for a product like this needs to be in a pump with separate sections for each product. The blue product on its own feels very strange and slimy on my face, so I wiped it off quickly. I'm honestly questioning the positive reviews of this because it's so bad.

The masks don’t come out in even proportion no matter how hard you try. They’re just different consistencies. It works alright as a gentle exfoliant. It performs like a drug store brand that would cost a bit less.

Nothing special

I’m a huge fan of this brand’s clay mask so I thought this would be similar but in a tube. It’s not. It’s got a far more silky liquidy texture and just doesn’t sit on my face well. I make sure to shake really well and squeeze from the marking as directed but still get really uneven distribution of the 2 products inside. In other words, there’s really no swirl. The texture is slightly gritty (like a scrub) and it doesn’t sit well on my face. There’s too much slip so it doesn’t harden at all—it just looks like lotion I haven’t rubbed in. Love this line, but this is a miss for me.

Doesn’t work as intended, you get half the mask

Two uses and only the hyaluronic acid mask is coming out of the tube lol. I followed the recommended usage instructions, ie tapping the closed tube against your palm and squeezing at the indicated spot and still, only half of the mask dispensed. Kind of defeats the purpose. I do love the regular volcanic mask from Innisfree, though. I’d recommend that one any day. I was really hopeful for this one.

Packaging needs to be redone

I wanted to like this product but the mode of dispensing is horrible. I followed the directions and only a tiny bit of the clay comes out with a giant glob of the blue stuff.

Was worth a shot!! And I loved it

I've been using innisfree products since 2018 I believe, so of course when I saw this at the time when it was a new product I had to get it to try. I lost it but just recently found it, using it after innisfree's volcanic bha pore cleanser. holy smokes does my face feel extra clean, if you are hesitant about trying it. Just get it honestly, it's worth a try at least once. All in all highly recommend
