I really enjoyed trying the ILIA Super Serum Skin Tint SPF 40 in Balos ST3. The very light shade with neutral-cool undertones blends nicely into my skin and gives a natural, fresh-looking finish. I love the lightweight, serum-like texture and how hydrating it feels without feeling heavy or cakey. It provides light, buildable coverage that helps even out my complexion while still allowing my skin to look like skin. The added SPF 40 is a great bonus for everyday wear. Great for light coverage and SPF

I’ve tried different skin tints with SPF but was never fully satisfied. They felt heavy and needless to say I wasn’t a fan. Ilia’s is so much better! I’m happy with the amount of coverage. I don’t feel like I’m wearing foundation but it blurs out any redness on my face. I even used it under my eyes and it helped cover my dark circles! Huge bonus! I’m giving it 4 stars only because it felt a little sticky but overall I’m a fan and recommend it! it has SPF

This is definitely heavier than what I was expecting for a "skin tint". It does provide incredible coverage. It will help cover any redness or uneven skin tone. I used it by itself, no primer, just moisturizer beforehand. I have an oily T zone but normal everywhere else (it is summer time). It stayed perfectly on my T zone and forehead. I used my fingers to apply. It started clinging to my peach fuzz and dry patches after an hour or so, but you can't tell from afar, but closer up you can definitely tell something is happening there. Definitely need to exfoliate or heavily moisturize drier areas beforehand. I also did not use a primer or setting spray since I am very minimalistic when it comes to this. I like that it has SPF. Please make the formula thinner and lighter on the skin.

Pinchme provided a free 1oz bottle of Ilia super serum skin tint spf 40 in exchange for my honest review. New to using nourishing skin tint with sunscreen that also treats mature aging faces, I was impressed with the results. First of all, an all in one application that treats and protects my facial skin with a hint of color is ideal to improve minor discoloration and texture. This formula comes in many colors and I was skeptical if the color I picked was even going to match my skin tone. The tint, once applied, blends seamlessly into the skin giving my face a healthy hydrated glow.

I was immediately put off by the very odd smell of this product, but I gave it a chance anyway. It has a very patchy finish and clings to every tiny bit of dry or uneven skin.

Suggested Usage:
-Shake the bottle well.
-Squeeze the dropper and dispense half of a pipette into palms.
-Smooth onto clean skin with your fingers for light coverage, or buff in with the ILIA Complexion Brush (sold separately) for medium coverage.
-To help guide SPF application, shades appear lighter before adjusting to their true tone in 60 seconds.
-If your skin is very dry, layer The Base Face Milk (sold separately), Barrier Build Skin Protectant Cream (sold separately), or your favorite moisturizer underneath for an extra boost of hydration.
-To control shine for 12 hours, finish with Soft Focus Finishing Powder (sold separately).
-This formula has no added fragrance, so you may notice the natural scent of the ingredients. The scent fades after application.
