Horrible product. Formula changed
I have used this spray for years and Macys put on sale so I got 4 cans. It was over 30 days before I needed to use . I was shocked immediately noticing the change made to product. Smell changed and the product doesnt hold your hair in place. I reached out to Macys and was declined a refund due to over 30 days. Even with the complaint of product change. Joico needs to label the can of formula change and stand behind the product. Macys needs better customer service. Its not like I wanted to return because I changed my mind its not the same product I have used for many years. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IT HAS CHANGED AND DOESN'T WORK AS EXPECTED .
