Not oily face friendly!
I used it on the back of my hand while i walked around the store, it stayed on the whole time and i tried to smudge it many times, it didn't so i bought it. First time i used it it smudged and i thought it was because i didnt use a primer so the next time i used it i applied a primer and it still got smudged. I noticed about 5hrs after i applied it but i was working so i dont know since when it was smudged. Dont recommend!

My go to eyeliner.. I used to only use NYX from the drug store but felt it always leaked and would start transferring under my eye. This one dries quickly and lasts all day HOWEVER.. the color is less vibrant so you must let it dry down then go over it a second time and also the pencil itself dries out too quickly I would say. I need to refil more often then I used to with other liquid liners.

While in store I was looking for KatVonD as per normal along with a few other things. The rep convinced me to switch for a few reasons mainly the price. She reassured me it would last long and no smuggling. Well that is very far from the truth.
First off every single time I use the liner I get a black ring above my eye from it taking so long to dry. Yes even if I use a hair dryer. This causes me to re do
The liner lasts maybe an hour. And dont sweat, dont go near any mist, rain, snow, humidity and forget crying. It will be all over the place. Also causing irritation.
Cheaper isn't worth it in this case.
They say if you dont like the product they will take it back no questions. Well-being head office needs to train all there staff to know this. I have only tries to return 2 things in years and this liner was denied
