This was my go to eyeliner. It was perfect. Smooth application and it was 12h wear did not smudge or smear. But last 3 times I have bought this eyeliner it has not been good. The cap of the eyeliner got stuck to the bottom part and there was no way to remove it. The eyeliner got dry and wasn’t able to use it anymore mind you the last one I bought I had only used for 3 weeks when this happened it was at the halfway point but was not able to save it. This was the 3rd eyeliner in 3 months this was the last time I purchase this product. Gave it another chance and it was the same thing very disappointed.

Color is beautful. The pencil is all but impossible to sharpen even with a Sephora brand sharpener, and scratched the skin along my eyelids. Ended by throwing it out and ordering Mineral Fusion Eye Pencil (Navy Blue/Azure) from Amazon, which works surprisingly well. Wish they'd bring back the Sephora Collection Mini Eyeliner in blue. Worked like a dream!
