This milky toner does brightened your skin,but the downside is that it doesn’t fully hydrate some areas of my skin, like the dryness part underneath my nose and upper lip area. Best to use a moisturizer after using this toner.

So Happy I Gave It a Try

This is the first Beauty of Joseon product I've ever used. I've been using this for almost 3 weeks after I ran out of my much more expensive toner, which I had used for a year to repair my skin barrier (it's a long story). With my prior toner having done its job, I wanted to try a milky toner. Based on the benefits I saw on the packaging and in other reviews of this toner, it offered many of the same benefits as my previous toner, except my previous toner had the added benefit of pH balancing. I've been pleasantly surprised by this toner. I apply it with my hands, which is also another difference from my previous toner. It's lightweight, feels good on my skin when I apply it, and I'm already seeing changes, such as brighter-looking skin. I've even been receiving more compliments on my skin when I'm not wearing any makeup since I've started using this toner. I was a bit worried about breakouts, considering I have sensitive skin, but so far I've had no breakouts. All in all, it is cost-effective, lightweight, moisturizing, and keeps my skin just as hydrated as my previous toner did. It also brightens my skin more than my previous toner while still protecting my skin barrier.
