Doesn’t budge!
I’m seriously impressed with this eyeliner. The black is super rich and pigmented, and it glides on smoothly without tugging. Once it sets, it really does not budge. I’ve worn it through long days, heat, and even watery eyes, and it stays in place without smudging or fading. I also love that I have enough time to blend it out before it sets, but once it does, it’s locked in. Such an easy everyday black liner when I want my eye makeup to actually last all day!
