Be careful with elastic bands
I just purchased these kitten heels. You cannot adjust the back strap. Its just elastic and guess what to loose. I cant even wear them until I go have them altered at a shoe store. Very disappointed and aggravated. But learned a lesson. Always make sure there is an adjustable hook band around shoe.
