High waisted and Too small…Disappointed!
I love the unique color, style of these pants, the material and couldnt wait to receive and try them on. BUT.Im VERY disappointed! I couldnt zip the pants and they didnt fasten in the waist but they fit me OK in the hip. The sizing in these pants is definitely off/defective because I always wear this same size in RL pants and their sizing is normally generous. Also, I bought the Light Agave - Shantung jumpsuit, in the exact same size, which fits me perfectly and comfortably without any issues, thankfully.

Not fond of fabric. Too long...returned
Not fond of the material, especiallyat that price point. H& M has clothing with better blends and cuts that exceed what has been done in several pieces lately. Blends, as you should know, need more linen/cotton/silk, etc than the synthetic materials.
They were too long, so returned. For the price, Ralph Lauren needs to step up on fabrics. Very disappointed. Also, PLEASE start making more upscale clothing in petites! I usually have to pay the Ralph Lauren price, then take to my tailor. Its getting a bit old, especially since the fits and fabrics have been off lately. Not the Ralph Lauren quality excepted. People pay for Ralph Lauren because of the quality and cuts. Don't know whats happening.

Fantastic from the get go. No need to alter. True to size. I am 5, so the legs bunch up at the ankle, which they should anyway for this style. For taller women it will be straighter. The beige ones shimmer a bit. They could be worn for nights out or casually, depending on the tops and accessories. Just love them!

What’s up with the RL sizes lately?
I like Ralph Lauren products and I periodically buy them. My past to purchase has been disappointment Because of some sizing glitch. Generally, Ralph Lauren sizes run big. These pants that I bought do not fit. I have other products from Of the same size that Im currently using, and they fit fine. I am not sure if Ralph Lauren recently changed their standard sizing. How is it possible that all other products that I have from them that was previously purchased thats fine, The new season products dont.
These pants are really beautifulI cant Zip them. I was looking forward to wearing them, but Id have to return them because next size bigger is not currently available in this color.

Nice but ...
I always take a Sz 6 in RL pants. Sz 6 was tight at waist, so I ordered Sz 8. Too big everywhere. Not sure if I got a bad Sz 6 or what is going on with the sizing, but if you can get a pair of these that fit, I would def recommend. The tobacco colour is fantastic.
