I ordered the size 10 you sent me a size 11 now I have to drive 40 miles to the nearest Macy to return them your people in the Philippines do not pay attention when you place an order.
I had money coming back towards the shoes so I called and placed the order big mistake now with gas as high as it is I have to drive 40 miles to Macy's and then 40 miles back because your people didn't listen to me. I've had my Macy's card since 1988 and your service just gets worse and worse every year
