NOT COTTON NOT POLO...what the heck

This had a tag stitched in that said Polo Ralph Lauren, it had the cut off price tag in the open bag, but it was some other cheap, crusty sweater with no logo on it that wasn't even cotton. Gross, Macys. What is going on?
