Why are they so Noisy?!
Ralph Lauren is my favorite designer and I have been eyeing these shoes for a while! I got the navy and they are gorgeous but sadly when I put them on and try to walk, they were the noisiest shoes Ive ever owned. They squeaked and clicked. it was bizarre so had to return, so sad. :(

Perfect!
Im absolutely in love with these loafers! The leather is incredibly soft, the quality is excellent, and every stitch is perfectly done. Overall, they look very expensive and elegant on the foot. I cant wait to wear them with my favorite jeans and a blazer.
By the way, I also ordered a Ralph Lauren bag, and the color turned out to be a perfect match with the loafers. Im absolutely thrilled!

Used/Return
I was very disappointed to receive shoes that were clearly used. There were visible signs of wear, making it obvious they had been worn before. This is unacceptable for a department store purchase. Quality control should have caught this before the shoes were shipped. I expected a new product and instead received something that looked secondhand. I hope the store improves its inspection process to prevent this from happening to other customers.

I got my regular size 8.5 in the yellow color and theyre absolutely beautiful. I love how soft and comfortable they are. Ill get them in the ivory color the next time theyre on sale.

Cute but caused blisters
The shoes are stylish and comfortable for the most part. However, after wearing them for a day, I developed blisters on the back of my heel and ankle. The pain was so intense that it took me a week to wear anything other than a sandal.
