I definitely recommend sizing up! I am a 7.5- 8 and got a 7.5 and it fit a little tight so I do recommend sizing up half a size and I dont recommend for the gym, could be a little uncomfortable but overall a nice shoe

Cute but arch pain
Had to return since they are extremely painful in the arches. Super cute shoes, bought a 1/2 size larger and it was a great fit but as someone with naturally narrow feet, this shoe was too narrow in the arch.
