Not a bad pencil eyeliner. I use it mainly for my waterline! Its pretty good, the color pigment is strong and it does semi last. However, this does smudge when I do use it as a eyeliner

Very pigmented and smooth plus smudge proof
Ok I promise thats a real photo but I took a screenshot of my makeup look while the grid was on. This eyeliner is really smooth within the first 10 seconds and then once it dries its smudge free its super good! And then you can use a brush to make it sharper
