Formula changed — very disappointing
I’ve probably had 10-15 bottles of this and it was my holy grail product. They recently changed the formula and the new formula has a menthol smell, and has been burning and irritating my skin. My skin is sensitive and this was one of the only things that was working for me. So disappointing that I’ll need to fine a new product.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I was skeptical when trying this because I feel like many brands make promises of firmer skin without results. This cream delivers though! Its lightweight and moisturizing, without any hint of greasy-ness. It blends into the skin quickly and paired well under the other skincare and makeup products I tried it with. There are no fragrances, and it it doesn't irritate sensitive skin! No redness or stinging at all! Just beautifully moisturized skin. I focused the lotion on my jawline since my skin isn't as firm as I would like. Over the past month I have noticed a subtle tightening of that area. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I had high expectations for this product, but the results have fallen short. The pros of this product is that is has zero scent, it blends into skin well, and it has a cooling effect when applied. The cons are that it made me break out on my neck, which is one area where it is to be applied, and I also did not see any results. I do not notice any “ultra firming” in my skin where I want to see that, so I would not purchase this again.
