Suggested Usage:
-Apply directly to the eyelid and blend out color with fingertips.
-Layer on cream or powder eyeshadow to intensify color.
-For a smoky look, use deep shades to draw along the lashline, and blend out with #25 Smudge Brush (sold separately).
