the quality has been incredibly disappointing. For a product that costs almost $70, I expected it to last much longer than it did. After only a short period of normal use, it broke, which is simply not acceptable for something at this price point. What made the experience even more frustrating was Sephora’s response. Although the bag failed so soon after purchase, I was told that because it was outside their 30-day return window, I would need to contact the brand directly. As the retailer, I expected Sephora to stand behind the products they sell, especially when it’s clearly a quality issue rather than buyer’s remorse. A premium price should come with premium quality and customer service. Unfortunately, I experienced neither. I wouldn’t recommend this makeup bag based on its durability, and the lack of support has made me think twice about purchasing similar products from Sephora in the future.

Cute case but used it for only a couple trips and the zipper already went out.

I really love the look of the bag but just like the other reviews say the handle snapped off within the first 3 days of using it. It is also annoying that the lid doesn’t stay open while I’m using it but I was willing to deal with that until the handle snapped.

I bought this exact case on amazon and the zipper got stuck often, stitching was frayed slightly, and after one or two uses the side dented in. It’s cute but needs a better zipper and structural support.

So cute , I love the colour and how much room the bag has. I used it to store all my lippies and it fit everything!

Useless because the handle broke instantly with the weight of it being full, and I didn’t even fill it up completely. They have the EXACT same one on Amazon and maybe alibaba because my sister got it at a fraction of the price. We compared it and they were identical, hers also broke

The vanity case is really cute, but i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It feels really cheap, the zipper is terrible and already damaged somehow before I even took of the protective plastic and it doesn’t hold much, and I can fit any of may makeup brushes. I was really excited about this but it’s such a letdown. protective plas

I love how this bag looks. It’s really cute and the color is perfect. The only thing I don’t like is that the lid won’t stay open, so it gets annoying when I’m trying to use it. Also, the piece that holds the handle popped off really easily, which was disappointing since I hadn’t even used it much. For almost $50, I expected a lot better quality. It’s a cute bag, but I definitely think it needs to be made better.

I was only slightly past the 30-day return window, and the Clackamas Sephora location had been closed for nearly three months due to plumbing issues, making it difficult to address the problem sooner. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability. No one acknowledged that the vanity arrived damaged, and no effort was made to make things right. An exchange would have been a reasonable solution, but instead I was left with an overpriced, defective product and no support. After this experience, I immediately canceled my Sephora credit card. Looking back, I also noticed several reviews from other customers reporting similar issues with this product—reviews I unfortunately missed before purchasing. Please steer clear of this item. Between the poor quality and the lack of customer service, it simply isn’t worth the money. This experience has completely turned me away from shopping at Sephora in the future.
