I purchased this brush in December 2025 and initially really loved it. The bristles felt incredibly soft and applied my foundation beautifully. I used it most days and, while I occasionally alternated with another brush, this was my main brush for applying my Kosas foundation.
Unfortunately, while washing it last night, all of the bristles came loose and the brush had to be thrown away. I was disappointed, especially considering this was a $30 brush. I really enjoyed using it, but I expected it to last longer given the price point. The quality did not hold up to my expectations, which was disappointing because I truly wanted to love it.
I wish I could leave a more positive review, but the durability just didn’t match the cost.

The Brush That Finally Converted Me
I genuinely didn't think I was a foundation brush person. I've tried several popular brushes over the years (including the famous F4), and none of them changed my mind—until this one.
This brush gives such smooth, even coverage without leaving streaks, and it works beautifully with every foundation I've tried, including Natasha Denona, Makeup Forever, m.ph, etc. It blends quickly and somehow makes foundation look more seamless than when I use a sponge. With skin tints, it can lead to them being a little streaky, but regardless of whether I use foundation or skin tints, I always finish blending all of my wet products with my sponge before using my setting powders.
It's definitely an investment, but for me it's been worth every penny.
