I don’t usually write reviews, but I just feel like I have to for this. I got this with a Sephora favorites set and was excited to try it. This eyeliner is terrible. It smudges and goes all over the place. It didn’t last at all in the waterline and it transferred onto my lid crease as well. It’s just not good at all. Pass on this.

No staying power- highly pigmented black
Very soft and blendable but definitely no staying power. Very typical/traditional soft kohl liner formula- but since it is, it doesn’t have the staying power you may be looking for. But it is very pigmented. Very soft and applies without tugging.
