You Changed the Formulation!!
NOT happy! You changed the formulation!! It does not smell the same, it has an entirely different viscosity (very thin) , and it left my hair flat and greasy!!

Love the product, Hate the pump
I really like how this conditioner leaves my hair.soft, silky, shiny and very manageable. But egads! I hate the pump it comes in. This conditioner is far too thick to work well with this pump. It's like trying to push peanut butter through a straw. I ended up having to pour some of it into a soft easy squeeze type travel bottle to use with any ease. Great conditIoner, extremely difficult way to use it.
