I just purchased the product, so I dont know the results yet. My complaint is about the promotional gift.
When I made my purchase, the merchant was out of stock of the product I wanted. I was told that the product would still be ordered and delivered to my address. Since my total purchase was over $179, I expected to qualify for the makeup gift that was being offered with purchases of $60 or more.
However, I was told that I did not qualify for the gift simply because the product was out of stock at the time of purchase, even though the merchant accepted my order and arranged to have the product delivered to me.
I dont feel this is fair, since I met the $60 purchase requirement and the only reason I didnt receive the gift was because the merchant was temporarily out of stock. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and honor the promotional gift.
