You cannot go wrong with this product. I usually apply after moisturizing but on half makeup days I mix with my foundation for a sheer finish. Smooth, dewy, bright! If you havent tried it you are missing out. The best primer on the market. I use the same shade with and without a tan with no problem. This is my favorite product from Bluemercury.
