Creases

This product used to be so good! I have oily lids and the old formula was so god on it's own. I would just do one swipe and put mascara on go out the door. They must've changed the formula because now it creases on me.

Glitter not shimmer

Thought it was going to be shimmery but is very sparkly. The finish reminds me of UD space cowboy - scattered sparkle. Lots of fallout which I didnt know cld happen with a cream shadow. Dont apply too much at once. Build slowly to avoid fallout glitter. Great one and done but quite subtle. Almost has a white undertone. I was expecting a pink undertone. Unique shade. Lasts all day.

I really love this product, though it isn’t perfect. It covers the redness in my eyelids so well, and looks so natural. It looks much more peach online/in pot than what it looks like on my skin. It’s much more beige when applied. It does occasionally get a little patchy near the inner eye, but overall i love it as part of a speedy “no makeup” look.

I have the oiliest eyelids in the world and unfortunately even this creased on me and were no match for my oily lids. I tried setting it with powder and that was no help. I was disappointed. Don’t recommend if you have oily hooded eyes.

Pretty shimmer and nice for a natural makeup look

I have very oily eyelids, so longevity is important for me. Bare Study looks much prettier on the eyes than Painterly because the soft pearl shimmer makes the makeup look smoother and more flattering. It gives a very natural, subtle glow and works nicely as a base all over the lid and under the brow before applying other shadows. However, it still feels more like a lightly tinted primer than a true eyeshadow, and it does crease after a few hours on oily lids
