As far as cleansing oils go, this one does a great job (but so do a lot of other cleansing oils!). My two gripes: the price (it is not life-changing) and the fragrance changes with heat. The fragrance gets that funky skunk smell when warmed up through massage. This is NOT a product I plan to buy full size

I very much love this product as my step 1 when double cleansing. It does a really good job removing mineral sunscreen and makeup and it smells great! It did not irritate my sensitive, acne-prone skin. All of these are great reasons to continue using this product and even purchasing it again as a staple in my daily routine. The MAJOR problem is the pump. You have to press ridiculously hard for the pump to push down to expel the oil and when it finally budges, the oil splatters everywhere leaving more product any and everywhere other than in your hand. So much wasted and at this price point, more than just oil is being wasted! I did reach out to Dermalogica. They said they are aware of MANY customers reporting the same issue and have begun phasing out these pumps and are transitioning to a previous packaging design. After submitting a receipt, batch/lot numbers, a video and everything other thing they requested and several emails, I was told they would replace the product with a new one (they’d email me a prepaid label to return the one I had). Great or so it would seem! A week had gone by with no communication (prepaid label, etc.), so I reached out only to find out that they preemptively agreed to replace the product and that there were more levels of approval this needed to go through before replacing this one with a new one. If you purchase this product and have a pump issue like I am having, I recommend buying a glass bottle with a dropper in the top so you can easily use the product (but you shouldn’t have to spend more money just because their mechanism is faulty).

I've been using this product for a while now. I haven't noticed a huge difference in my skin. I have noticed however it's very effective for removing stubborn makeup.

I bought a small bottle before and I like it , so I decided to order the large size but when it arrived, the bottle was only half full . I was surprised and disappointed.how can @new bottle arrive like this ? I feel like a scam

Pump gets stuck so you have to press hard to get product out. Removes makeup okay but leaves a film on your eyes that my other balm didn’t. Also since I’ve used it I’ve been breaking out. Will return it.

I like the product and it effectively removes my makeup and sunscreen. However, I dropped two stars because I cannot stand the smell. To me it smells like a rotten papaya. I will finish it, but probably not repurchase.

Love the product, hate the pump. It makes a huge mess and puts out way too much product. For $50, the packaging should be smoother. I get oil every where and end up going through a significant portion of my bottle unnecessarily une

I’m giving this two stars, but in all honesty I didn’t use it. It smells SO strong, very spa-like citrus. I could almost smell my future breakouts the moment I opened it. My skin is really sensitive to anything, especially fragrance. It does smell nice, don’t get me wrong, but I just know my skin wouldn’t have tolerated it.

Feels incredible on your skin. Love using it for taking off my makeup
