I’m a skin care girlie and tend to be conservative with my products but I gave this a shot and OMG it gives such a subtle, dewy glow that LASTS throughout the day. I am sincerely so shocked at the fact that the dewy glow lasts from morning to night. I will be upgrading this to full size and keeping it in my rotation it is worth every penny.

Rhode = Disappointing Customer Experience

I genuinely like Rhode’s products, but I find the overall customer experience disappointing, especially considering the price point. For a premium beauty brand, Rhode offers remarkably little to reward loyal, repeat customers. There is no meaningful loyalty program, no points system, no tiered rewards, no birthday benefit, virtually no regular product samples, and very few incentives for customers who continue to spend money with the brand. The products are not inexpensive, so after making multiple purchases, it starts to feel strange that there is essentially no recognition or added value for customer loyalty. This is particularly noticeable when compared with other beauty retailers and brands that offer points, samples, gifts with purchase, birthday rewards, early access, or other small benefits that make customers feel appreciated. Even something as simple as including samples with orders or offering a complimentary mini after reaching a spending threshold would make a difference. I enjoy Rhode and would like to continue purchasing the products, which is exactly why this is frustrating. The brand has done an excellent job creating desirable products and attracting customers, but there seems to be very little effort devoted to rewarding those customers once they become repeat buyers. At this point, there is also very little incentive to purchase directly from Rhode when the products are available through retailers such as Sephora, where the same purchase can at least contribute toward an established loyalty program and its associated benefits. Rhode has built considerable brand loyalty, but loyalty should feel reciprocal. For a brand at this price point, I would really like to see Rhode invest more in the customers who continue to support it.

Used this once at night and woke up about 7 hours later with an extremely puffy, red, flaky, and irritated eye. I don’t have sensitive or acne-prone skin or any known allergies. THANK YOU RHODE!! The entire skincare routine is not only game changers but LIFE CHANGERS!!! I had such troubled skin I was apprehensive of trying this worried it would make things worse. I am 4 weeks in and my skin is TRANSFORMED! The tone, color, softness is great and my terrible breakouts are gone!!! I finally can feel confident without makeup. If a little pimple comes up it is noticeably less irritated/large (I used to get these cluster breakdowns where it was like 5 all in one so bad that is now gone) my pores are shrinking, it’s incredible!
