Not for me
Not for me, it was ok. Didn’t really do anything for my hair. I have thick wavy/curly fine hair. Still looked dry and tangled a lot.

Made my scalp very itchy
I love what this conditioner did for my hair but my scalp had a bad reaction. I now just use it on my very ends and use a non-curlsmith conditioner for the rest of my head and all scalp sensitivity went away.

Transitioning Hair
I was having the hardest time getting my hair to grow from the breakage and my curls to come back after 15 yrs of blow-drying and straightening my hair every day. When I started using the Curlsmith products, I finally saw improvement. This conditioner has become my go-to when my hair feels dry, my locks aren’t holding together as well, and after I do purple shampoo washes. I also love that it’s a leave-in too.
The 1st images are with no product after drying: before I started using curlsmith vs after.
The 2nd is the progress of when I first began using their damaged haircare line (with this conditioner) and their styling products vs. a year later.

Very hydrating
This conditioner is one of few that actually makes my curls fully hydrated and not just sit on top of my hair. The smell is good, nothing to strong. I have medium/fine hair so in my case you dont need that much to fully detangle. I’ve also tried it with a multitude of styling products from different brands and it reacts well with all of them. I currently use the sun bum curl styler along with the curl smiths frizz control gel/styler for a perfect curl wash day!

nasty smell
Can't get over the smell. It's supposed to be blackcurrant, but I'm just getting a cloying close cousin of nasty cough-syrup cherry flavoring. I tried to ignore it and keep using it, knowing I wouldn't buy this product again, but it gets stuck in my nose. I can't stand it. I will likely have to throw 70% of this tub in the garbage. 😞

New Favorite Conditioner
I haven't used this long enough to tell if it has affected my curls, but it has definitely brought the moisture back to them! I usually feel a bit dry when I get around to my next wash day, and in my busy schedule, that can be anywhere from 3 to 10 days later. But after using this only once, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my hair still felt pretty soft after a whole week! That alone makes this conditioner worth it to me. Not big on the scent, but it's not at all a deal breaker, I'm just being picky.

Love CURLSMITH 1st Product Disappointed with...
I saw it at TMX was looking on Sephora for the Cul Conditioning Quenching Wash couldn't find it. That product is wonderful, better than a shampoo and more like a conditioner I love it. I bought the large bottle (heavy and kind of awkward to use as they go but was excited. It really wasn't worth the money, plus it seems to have stripped some of the color from my hair :( Just not worth the money and not as good as the Conditioning Shampoo which was OMG incredible. Often when something says they are multi-tasking they do something good but not always as good as a dedicated product. First produce from this Curlsmith that I was so disappointed and upset with... just my thoughts. My hair is on the fine side, gets frizzy sometimes.... wavy/curly. I try using as little shampoo as possible this wasn't a win. Good luck, we are all different.

Actually works really well!!!!
This is the first of many conditioners I’ve used, in shower, that has really actually left my hair feeling really conditioned. I am starting out on this curlsmith journey and so far, loving it!
