Awesome Warranty
My last Northface triclimate jacket was almost !0 years old, and it was my go to winter coat (Ohio). I sent it in for repair of the zipper (under the lifetime warranty) but Northface informed me that it was unable to be repaired. Instead they sent me a gift certificate to get a new jacket. This new jacket is nearly identical to my old one, and is expected to last for the next ten years of Ohio's winters.

Zipper came apart after 1 week
Zipper doesn't zip up anymore after a week. Tried getting a new jacket sent to me. They said I can return it and buy it again. No one will respond. Got it on sale and they want me to rebuy it for an extra $200.
