It is perfect for the cool fall weather and is great for watching football games outside or working in the shop. The soft Sherpa type lining is comfortable and adds a layer of insulation beyond a typical denim jacket. Levi's is the real deal and I have no complaints. The jacket is a bit long so it goes past your waist and keeps the breeze out when you bend over. It is button up, which is cool and fits with the style.
