Complaint Regarding Damaged Jacket Received
The jacket has a very noticeable cut on one of the sleeves. This was supposed to be a gift, so receiving it damaged was extremely disappointing.
As soon as we noticed the cut, we checked the packaging carefully. The Macys bag arrived in perfect condition, which clearly means the jacket was already damaged before it was shipped.
This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable.

Unacceptable jacket
I had a terrible experience. I ordered a jacket that I needed to use during the winter, and I have been waiting for a very long time. The app shows that the jacket has already been delivered, which is absurd, because according to the UPS app it hasnt arrived at all. In short, every operator I tried to get clarification from gave me a different answer. I honestly dont know what to say
its been a very bad experience on my very first purchase.
