I ordered a North Face Jacket online as a Black Friday sale. Its now Dec 18 and Ive been notified the item is on back order with no available shipping nor delivery date. My money was automatically refunded to me without any options of choosing another item. I will now take my business to Dillards for future purchases. Do better Macys!
