Excellent Shirt. Poor Delivery. Fair Resolution
I originally ordered this shirt for home delivery, but DoorDash delivered it to the wrong address. The delivery photo clearly showed it was not my home, yet my initial request for a replacement or refund was denied. As a long-time Macy's Platinum member, that was very disappointing.
After several contacts with customer service, Macy's eventually issued a gift card credit. Three weeks later, I reordered the same shirt using store pickup, and that experience was smooth and hassle-free.
The shirt itself is excellent. Today I used my Macy's card to purchase a Ninja Crispi Pro. Unfortunately, store pickup wasn't available, so it must be delivered. I'm hopeful this delivery goes smoothly and that Macy's has improved its delivery process so I never have to experience another misdelivery and lengthy resolution again.
