Poor
The item was so poorly delivered, it has made my entire experience with the item regretful. Yes, completely separate interactions do filter into other areas of the customer experience. The package was left way out on my driveway next to my car instead of on the porch by my door. I caught the delivery man leaving... and said to please deliver it to the porch next time, as anyone walking by can simply take it. His reply was: do you want it delivered to your room? which was completely out of line. This lack professionalism reflects back on Macy's. About the item itself: it seems to have low quality elastic, low quality material, doesn't look like an original cc. Too many questions unanswered.

I dont know who these would fit
