Great Bag!
I bought this bag YEARS ago to replace my poor Kenneth Cole messenger bag. I wasn't thrilled because the KC bag that I had was much better quality and made the T.H. bag seem cheap and stiff.
When my Kenneth Cole bag went out I started to use the T.H. bag here and there but eventually became my main bag.
I've had this bag for over 10 years and its still going great! I carry my laptop, iPad, some paperwork, and sometimes lunch in the bag. I've washed it in the washing machine a few times and its been pretty resilient. I'd buy it again.

Dimensions are much smaller than advertised
Its not a bad looking bag, but its pathetic that customers started commenting several years ago that the dimensions are incorrect and that Macy's still has them listed wrong. I needed a bag that was at least 17" wide and this is a fraction of that. I could have saved a lot of money and time if Macy's had described this correctly. I'll definitely read customer comments before spending money next time.

13 inches and not 17 inches
im disappointed in the lack of preciseness in the measurements. Its a good handsome looking product. But it looks like the staff Properly measure it nor was it reevaluated and timely fashion before the description was sent out. I have to really sick you consider the time that you take to purchase it and return it back to get your refund. I do not think that I will buy online for such items like this again at Macys.

Deceived by the photo online.
The online site said that the bag was 17.75 , 11 , 4.75 but the bag is considerably smaller which is fine because my IPad is 12.9. Being it's a smaller bag shouldn't the price be cheaper because I paid for a large bag. I'll definitely be contacting Macys concerning a partial refund.
