Again collar separating at the stitch Very Poor
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of Tommy T-shirts from your store.
This is the second time I have purchased these items, and on both occasions, I went on vacation before opening the package. Upon returning and opening the latest package, I noticed The stitching was coming apart at collar and arm pit.
I understand that your policy may state that no refund or exchange is offered without the product, but given that this is the second time this specific issue has occurred, I am very disappointed with the quality of the product I received.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let me know if there is anything that can be done to resolve this situation.
