Black is not good, but other colors are great!

Black is not very pigmented. I like to use an angled brush to do a eye shadow liner around my eye and this was very hard to get the color line around the eye as seamlessly as other (cheaper) palettes I have used. The other colors are very pigmented though. I am going to try to get a replacement maybe the one I got was not a good batch. I will definitely try one more time.

I really and truly want to support brands created by people of color. And yet, I can find nothing redeeming about this that makes me want to buy it. The layout is abysmal. The color story isn't a color story. It's random. It looks like some AI generated idea of what "aztec makeup" would be. I do not understand this product at all. It looks like a holiday giveaway with purchase.

Color for everyday!

I’ve truly become obsessed with my Mirame palette, so much so that she’s a part of my everyday makeup kit! Love that it’s talc-free 🫰🏼

I first saw this product at credo and tried a little of the silver on my cheek bones. I later saw there was a combo discount on Aora’s website with the primer and I thought why not. I’m still scared of using all the colors on mine. They are so beautiful and I am happy it’s tal-free! I also noticed that with my perioral dermatitis it was ok to use. I love wearing the gold and silver around my brown eyes. They look lighter with the colors I mentioned. Great product. I might try the blue or green soon, when I feel a little more confident and playful.

I love this palette! It's one of the products where aora using metal really pays off in both looking and feeling expensive. I tend to use the colors as base or blending shades more than by themselves as they are soft (both in texture and tone), but this makes them perfect for building up and mixing in a way that more strongly saturated palettes can't match. This also means that even if you think that these shades will be too bright for you, it may still be worth trying out and using the white to lighten instead of building up to a brighter color
