Paid for 2 received one!
I bought this belt online. Never received it but Macys sent me a replacement. The one I received as replacement was small. So I came to the store to exchange it. The manager there took it and made me purchase the exchange piece. She confirmed that the customer service will refund my card for the one she took. So I ended up paying for 2 belts and I got only one. She must have lied about the refund. I tried to contact Macys customer service but so far no answer.
So the belt is good. But Im still waiting for the refund. Its been more than 2 weeks.

Don't beleve website description.
This belt is synthetic leather. Like most of the descriptions on Macy's website, you can't always believe the description. This is the 4th belt I have ordered from Macy's, and all of them are labeled as genuine or just leather. However, when you examine the belt, it is stamped with "Synthetic Leather or bonded leather".
