Never received
This package was never delivered to me. It was reported as damaged in transit per a notice from UPS. The tracking shows that a claim was filed, however, there is information missing from the sender in order to proceed. I expect the sender to provide the appropriate information and send me a new item or issue a refund. To date have not gotten either one and I have heard nothing for about 2 weeks now. Not good customer service!

Fragrances are fine - not packed well for shipping
Received order this morning. Fragrances: Jasmine- Lavender and Lavender - Lilac are fine. Jars wrapped in bubble wrap, however, the tops were loose - silver seals open, not adhesed. The Lavender-Iliac had started to spill out of the jar.
A small box would have secured the shipping better than the envelope packaging.
