Bottle came broken and the liquid was spilled throughout the perfume box. I dont know if it was mishandled during shipping or if the product itself was already defective. Anyways, upon reaching out to Macys, they denied my request for a refund or a replacement after I provided pictures of the damaged product. Getting a refund was a hassle because I had to reach out multiple times to finally get my refund. Poor customer service
