The Peter Thomas Roth Instant FIRMx Eye Temporary Eye Tightener is a quick-fix gel that temporarily firms and liftsthe under-eye area within minutes. Apply a very thin layer to completely dry skin. no smiling or squinting for up to 7 minutes while it sets. Also avoid heavy layers of makeup on top to prevent the product from flaking or balling up. It will Instant Effect: Visibly reduces under-eye bags and fine lines in 3 to 7 minutes. and very smoothly, but effect washes off with cleanser and does not provide permanent skin changes.

This is a great product for no makeup and makeup looks. I like to put this on my under eyes when I am headed to the gym in the morning to give me a more awake look. It definitely works and does not irritate my eyes.

Undereye area noticeabley smoother looking

I'm in my early 40's and have some fine lines and bags under my eyes and this product does work to tighten and smooth my undereye area. It's really important to follow the instructions exactly to get the promised results. The instructions are pretty easy to understand. I applied a thin layer under my eyes and made sure to let it dry completely for a couple minutes before making any expressions. I didn't experience any pilling. There is a tightening sensation after applying the product that lasts for about 15 minutes, but does go away eventually. It is comfortable to wear all day. I like that there's no scent at all as I can be sensitive to strong scents in facial products.

Great product

This is such an interesting product for when I want a quick refresh around my eyes. It gives a noticeable temporary tightening effect and makes my under-eye area look smoother and more awake. You only need a tiny amount, so it takes a little practice to get the application right. I like using it when I want my eye area to look extra polished for an event or long day.

Didn’t see major difference

Trying the Peter Thomas Roth Instant FIRMx Eye Tightener. I liked how easy it was to apply and it didn’t feel heavy on my skin. While I felt a slight tightening effect, I personally didn’t see a dramatic difference in my under-eye area. It may work differently for others, but my results were subtle.

This eye treatment is so amazing. It instantly reduced the look of my fine lines around my eyes. I let it set for a few minutes until it dried. Once it dried I applied makeup on top. It did not interfere with my makeup in any way. I didn't notice any residue of any kind. My under eyes were so firm and smooth all day. It didn't feel uncomfortable and I didn't notice any kind of negative reaction. I am so impressed. I will definitely keep wearing it under makeup.

Didn’t Work Too Well And Left A White Cast

This instant firmx eye tightener was OK. It didn’t have too much effect on my eye bags or dark circles. I tried to apply it liberally but it still left a white cast on my face and pilled up a bit. It sort of felt as if felt as if I had sand around my eyes. I will give it a few more tries, but I didn’t see much difference after applying this product.

Great for instant results

This is such a unique product. It really does instantly firm your understanding of eyes. I’ve found that it is especially good for morning use. The effect does seem to dissipate throughout the day, but instant results are addicting. Will definitely be repurchasing.

Suggested Usage:
-Start by cleansing with a non-oily cleanser. Avoid using eye cream if possible. If you prefer to use eye cream, allow the product to fully absorb and dry.
-Shake the tube and squeeze out a pea-size amount on the top of the hand.
-Using fingertips or a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product and apply onto a completely dry eye area for best results.
-Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel onto the under-eye area, crow’s feet, "11" lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid).
-Let the product dry for approximately five minutes while remaining expressionless. Do not squint or smile.
-If you notice any white residue, moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges.
-Once the product is completely dry, you are good to go. You can gently pat on makeup such as eyeshadow, under-eye concealer or powder.
-To prolong the effects of Instant FIRMx® Eye, avoid water-based makeup.
-For external use only.
