Color is pretty but it’s so soft it just squishes in

I wanted to like this. Its everything I wanted. A lip baum that was a lipstick. It couldn't hold its shape in the container. It kept falling to the side and scraping it. The color really didn't come through on my lips. It wasn't as hydrating as I thought. I think I was expecting too much out of this. It should of just came in a pot, maybe then I would have liked it better.

I like this lipstick but its too soft... it fell out of the packaging on about second use and even though I placed it back, it kindda melted and disintegrated in there... like I cant use it from packaging, I can only use it with a brush or my finger... I thought I just got a bad one so I got another one in the same color, and pretty much the same thing happened.. its just too soft and unstable.. its a gorgeous color and emollient soft lipstick but it doesnt belong in a stick packaging..

This review is not about the product itself, but about my overall experience with Sephora’s customer service and resolution process. A staff member at the Sephora SOHO location tried to help me purchase a lipstick that was sold out there but showed as available at the Sephora City Point location. Unfortunately, the pickup was entered incorrectly, and I was charged for the lipstick instead of having it processed as a pickup order. Not knowing there was an issue, I went to the City Point location to pick up the lipstick, only to find that they had never received the pickup order. I understand that mistakes can happen, and I don’t blame the staff for the situation. What disappointed me was Sephora’s lack of a reasonable resolution process for an error that occurred on their end. The City Point staff were unable to resolve the issue with the SOHO location, and I was not offered a refund or another reasonable solution. Instead, I was told that I could pay for the same lipstick again, even though I had already been charged for it. I left without the product, without a refund, and without a resolution. I think Sephora should have a better policy for handling situations like this, particularly when a customer has already paid due to an error made by the company. I don’t blame the individual staff members, but I was very disappointed by Sephora’s policies and the lack of a customer-focused resolution. I expected better from Sephora.

OBSESSED with this! Debating on purchasing because why is this $50? But bought it for myself after having our third baby a few weeks ago and felt like myself after putting it on and looking in the mirror. Initially was going to go with English Rose but settled on Ballerine. It glides like a dream, has great color payoff, the color is PERFECT, and feels so hydrating on my lips

I have 5 hydrobalms from Westman Atelier so far and I love them all. They are hydrating, moisturizing and glide on my lips so smoothly, without any tugging or rubbing. These are not opaque lipsticks, but tinted lipsticks. It gives a wash of colour that I can get to a point of opaque type of lipstick, if I apply it a few times. I never had the courage to wear a red lipstick before, PIPPI is my very first one. A truly gorgeous shade that I would not be brave enough to wear in an opaque form of a lipstick. I would think of it as too harsh, if it wasn’t this lovely, juicy, subtle wash of colour. It’s a very soft and comfortable balm that provides great hydration. It’s my go to and I reach out for it several times a day, because it’s a wonderfully light formula without heavy, overwhelming scent or greasy, tacky or sticky texture. Very much worth my money!!

Love the color and the way it feels on the lips, but as many have mentioned before, the product broke just after a week of use.

Very disappointed in this product. It’s not sheer at all, it’s more of a regular lipstick. It’s very different from what all the ads show. Such a bummer esp since it’s so expensive.

Perfect purse lipstick- the kind where you get a sheer wash of color and don’t need a mirror. A must have if you want a natural ballet core look.

Fun summery topper that adds a light layer of hydration as well. Doesn't have a strong scent which I prefer, and lasts about how you would expect a tinted lipstick to. I like this over a darker liner for anything outside!
