- In the morning and evening, put a small dollop into the palms of your hand and warm it up until the balm forms an oil
- Apply to dry skin on the face, neck and décolleté, then massage in

I should start with the fact that I am a 70 year old woman with obviously aging skin, added to the fact that my skin has always been dry and sensitive.
