This is the perfect brush for applying setting powder. It's extremely soft and glides across the face like silk. The brush is dense so you can pick up a good amount of powder before applying to your face. The handle has a nice weight to it which makes it feel very high end. I would recommend this brush especially for use with setting powder.

This is a wonderful powder brush. It feels very soft on your face and distributes the product well. Note that it is rather weighty. This does make it feel high quality and substantial but your hand/arm can get tired holding it after a while. I initially thought it was a little expensive for a powder brush but looking at other brushes from similar brands, it seems about on par in price.
