This formula does not do what it says it will. Upon the first application, within an hour I had dark circles under my eyes tell the pigment being carried with the oils in my skin. I had a stressful day, periodically checking my face between meetings to ensure I did not appear to have had a late night the night before. Had to return the product, it did not deliver.

Suggested Usage: -Before applying, gently wipe excess product off tip of wand. -Wiggle brush at base of lashes to build volume, then work to lash tips. -This formula was designed to grip onto every lash for max volume, make sure to coat your lashes from the base to the tip. -Layer as desired.
Pro tips: -Apply one eye at a time, allowing mascara to dry between layers. -Brush lashes in three directions: from inner lashes toward nose, from center up toward brow, and from outer corners toward ears for a full, fanned-out effect. -Remove effortlessly with Fenty Skin’s Melt Awf Jelly Oil Makeup-Melting Cleanser (sold separately).
