Horrible! I liked the old formula. This one ages me & it sets into every single fine line. :(

Not for me
I wanted to love this. I am 44, have oily skin. I did use the Bobbi brown face base first. Then I tried it with a moisturizer. No go. It is incredibly cakey, and it creases. Very patchy. The dispenser spits it everywhere. The scent is nice, and the shade was perfect. Sadly, I will be returning.

A great foundation
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I absolutely love this foundation. It has a nice light scent, sits beautifully on the skin, and builds nicely. I am really impressed with it, it has become my new go to foundation. I would say it’s medium coverage, with a natural / matte finish.

This foundation has nice, buildable coverage and is pretty blurring. I have combination skin that leans oily when it’s hot and dry when it’s cold, and I found that it didn’t cling to any dry patches. Even throughout the day, it continued to look smooth without emphasizing any dryness.
It also didn’t break down when my oils started to peek through, especially around my nose, which is where I tend to get the most oily. I also didn’t have a hard time blending cream products on top, which is an issue I ran into with the recent Lancôme Teint Idole foundation.
I really like how this foundation dries down to a matte finish without looking overly dry, unlike the original Estée Lauder Double Wear foundation. That being said, you do have to work fairly quickly with it, which doesn’t bother me since I find that most matte formulas tend to set faster.
Another thing that impressed me is that this foundation didn’t settle much into my smile lines. That’s a constant issue I’ve had with other foundations, even when I set them with powder. They would heavily accentuate my smile lines, especially throughout the day.
I also wore this on a humid day with some rain, and it held up really well. It didn’t get removed or melt off my face, which is a huge plus.
Overall, I’m pretty impressed with this foundation. This might be my new holy grail!

The only foundation I love
I have tried every foundation there is. This is my holy grail, my where have you been my whole life foundation?!! A little goes a long way. My makeup looks just as good when I go to remove it as it does when I put it on.

LOVE the foundation, HATE THE PUMP WITH A PASSION
LOVE this product, HATE the pump!! It constantly sprays sooo far and splats all over. It wastes product and is so annoying to constantly clean up. I’ve started just unscrewing the pump and pouring a little out, which is also annoying, to avoid it spraying 5ft away onto a wall (this is not an exaggeration, it has happened on many occasions). PLEASE FIX THE PUMP! The foundation is my favorite. The pump is absolute trash.

My #1
I find it difficult to find a foundation match as I am cool pink and fair skinned, but I found it here! l
Long lasting, lightweight, a true matte. My other products blend on top perfectly. This even survives Southern humidity.

Bought this in April… and ran out in August. I hated to spend the $60, but really liked the coverage, felt lightweight, and stayed on well. I tend to sweat easily and this stayed in place. I did not like the pump dispenser. Ruined soo many shirts with it squirting and staining. Even in my floor and walls. Had used Haus Lab foundation before. Debating if I spend the $60 again…

My favorite!
I have oily skin, and I love it! It doesn’t make my face look cakey or crease like some foundations I’ve used before. I use Shiseido lotion, but I also apply primer first. This is my second time ordering another one since the last one I ordered in April—the bottle is pretty much empty now. I used to buy the One/Size Turn Up the Base Foundation, but I didn’t like it at all.

Fantastic coverage without looking made up.
This foundation gives a flawless look without looking cakey. I love that it is a true neutral. I find that Dior does neutrals well where other brands don't.
