My waist is around 32 to 33 and I wear a 34/32 jeans, ordered this belt the same size and it wont even reach around my waist. 38 would be an ideal size. As for the quality I cant tell since I have t used it but it looks good and will be ordering a size 38 since this is one of my favorite brands.

Great belt

This one seems to hold up nicely even when it is used a lot. The color is great too and goes with any jeans or pants you wear.
The size of the belt is perfect too. It is true to size I would say. It isnt too tight or too loose. It is easy to adjust too and it fits nicely in the belt loop. This belt is also smooth and light too.
I recommend this belt for sure. It is very well made and works nicely. You should try it out, you will be happy you did.
