Cheaply made, don’t spend money on it

Broke within a couple of months. The foundation outlasted it. Pressed it to pump, never came back up, & it remains stuck. Luckily got it for free with the foundation one time.

Poor design

Very poor design. If the pump is going to be sold seperate from the actual product, the basic expectation should be that it actually fits and is functional. This does NOT meet that expectation. The Double Wear foundation does not come without a pump, just an open top and lid. So the spill threat is very real and its difficult to control how much comes out of the bottle. The pump is supposed to help with that but only causes new problems. The pump leaves a little bit of a gap after being screwed on I also assumed that the original top/lid could still go on top. It does not. So that means its still possible for the pump to be accidentally squeezed if inside a bag or something.

Suggested Usage:
-Please do not press down on the pump before it is properly secured.

Follow these steps carefully to protect the mechanism:
-Remove the original cap from the bottle.
-Gently but firmly tighten the pump onto the bottle, making sure it is snug.
-Now it is safe to press the pump.
-Note that the pump has a "locked" position for when you’re on the go.
-Be sure to unlock the pump before the first use.
-To unlock, twist the top of the pump in the direction of the arrow.
-To lock, twist in the opposite direction.
-You will feel when it settles into the locked position.

-This pump is designed for the updated Double Wear bottle (1.0 oz/ 30 mL size, sold separately) and will not fit the previous version or any smaller sizes.
