Missing merchandise!!Donna Karan Fan
The 3.4 ounces of Donna Karan fragrance has yet to arrive. The free gift arrived in a damaged Macys box. I reported the missing bottle to chat. It said it would be delivered on September 10th. I contacted Macys again and the virtual person said so sorry and that the order was still being processed at the warehouse. I thought Macys was reliable, but not so much! I did order a purse this summer and it arrived with no problem. Macys delivery personnel needs to improve. I still want my merchandise, but what can I do at this point? Should I just cancel the order?
